The Legend of Korra // Jinora

There will be massive fangirling in this post, just a warning. Your only warning.
I’m a huge fan of Legend of Korra and Avatar: The Last Airbender, in case you haven’t been able to tell. And although Zuko is my favorite character ever, Jinora is by far my favorite character from LOK. Which is why I wanted to dedicate a post just for her.
So who is Jinora?
She is the eldest child of Tenzin and Pema, the first grandchild of Aang and Katara.
She’s smart, calm, and a skilled airbender. She is deeply connected to the spirits.
And at the end of Book Three, we see her become a master and earn her airbending tattoos.
Jinora becoming a master. TEARBENDING. SHE LOOKS LIKE AANG. IT'S HITTING ME RIGHT IN THE CHILDHOOD FEELS
It’s such a powerful moment. She looks SO MUCH LIKE AANG. And even though Book Three was rough, especially for Korra, we got to see the air nation grow and evolve. Jinora is the hope and future leader of the air nation. Seeing her at the coronation was remarkable.
Overall, I really love her character. I like how she is responsible and powerful. Even though she is the eldest of Tenzin’s children, she isn’t a brat. She’s the most sensible of all of them. She looks out for her siblings. She looks out for Korra. She knows who she is and where she belongs.
SHE IS JUST FABULOUS.
And I love her and Kai together.
Jinora my FAVORITE character
Jinora and Aang never got to meet each other, but I see so much of him in her.
I think he would have been immensely proud of the woman and airbender that she has become.
I know I am. =)

P.S. I JUST GOT BOOK FOUR ON BLU-RAY.
*CUE HAPPY DANCE*
